Welcome to Pick & Choose
We are your retro boutique convenience store specializing in candy, snacks, drinks, and fun! We came to be when Josh and Adalys moved to Atlanta last year from Washington DC and found that their neighborhood lacked walkable access to all of their favorite goodies. With Josh's commitment and Adayls' support, Pick and Choose came to be. We hope to serve the community for many years to come. Keep an eye on our socials for future events!

Meet the Owners
Josh Head
CEO (Chip Eating Officer)
Josh is our founder as in opening a store was all his idea.
​
Although his background is in hospitality and tech, he approached his wife Adalys about taking out a loan to open a convenience store only months after moving to Atlanta. (she eventually said yes)
When he is not working his full-time job or putting in hours at the store, he is playing pickleball, eating snacks, or biking the beltline.
​
He loves playing video games with his three sisters, cuddling with pets Opal and Raven, and of course spending quality time with Adalys.
​
He is so excited to see this dream become a reality and hopes you all “pick and choose our store”.
Adalys Sutherland
Candy Connoisseur
Adalys is married to Josh and the creative behind Pick & Choose!
Whether it be social media, store design/theming, or future events (stay tuned for that game lovers), she does it all.
​
With her background in hospitality and tourism, she has found it very fun and rewarding to put her love for people and experiences into the store.
​
When she is not at work or in the store, she is probably exploring the city for cute shops, planning her next vacation, or rewatching her favorite anime for the 100th time.
​
She is so grateful for this opportunity to contribute to the community and thankful for all of the love and support received so far!
Darrion Ross
Diet Coke Enthusiast
Darrion is the sister of Adalys and runs all things operations.She is making the move from Tennessee to Atlanta to help run Pick & Choose and leverage her extensive retail management experience.
When she is not working on keeping the store afloat she is reading an entire book series, watching reality TV, or playing The Sims 4 for hours on end.She is an animal loving national park enthusiast, and is so happy to be contributing to this project in a new city!
She is excited to build community and looking forward to welcoming you all to Pick and Choose!
